So excited! My latest renovation project, 1222 Ann Street in Columbus, just hit the MLS yesterday at 8pm. Actual walk-throughs won’t start until Wednesday, 7/29/2020, but there are already 15 different buyers who have make “appointments” to see the property in the next couple of days.
