Things are coming along nicely on our current rehab project: 1222 Ann Street in Columbus. Among other things the floors have been sanded and the initial coat of polyurethane has been added (more coats to follow). A lot has been done, but there’s still a lot to do. You can see a video of the progress so far. Still on schedule to go on the market some time in July, 2020.
